摘  要:目的研究复合多糖免疫乳对小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的影响。方法小鼠60只分成5个试验组和1个对照组,分别灌胃灵芝多糖(GLB)免疫乳、枸杞多糖(LBP)免疫乳和不同剂量(低、中、高)复合多糖免疫乳(CPIM),对照组小鼠灌胃等量脱脂消毒山羊奶,每日1次,连续15d。灌胃结束后测定小鼠细胞和体液免疫功能,观察小鼠的粪便。结果脾淋巴细胞转化能力:除高剂量组外,各试验组与对照组、中剂量组与GLB组和LBP组相比差异均极显著(P<0.01)。迟发型变态反应:除GLB组外,各试验组与对照组、复合多糖中低剂量组与GLB和LBP组相比差异显著或极显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。血清溶血素的抗体积数,除高剂量组外,其他各试验组与对照组相比差异均极显著(P<0.01)。复合多糖中剂量组显著高于GLB组和LBP组(P<0.05)。抗体生成细胞:复合多糖中低剂量组显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。小鼠灌胃第7d开始到停止灌胃后7d内,小鼠粪便均较湿润。结论复合多糖免疫乳较GLB和LBP免疫乳对小鼠具有较好的免疫调节作用,且有预防和治疗便秘的作用。Objective To study the effects of complex polysaccharides immune milk (CPIM) on cellular and humoral immune functions in mice. Method Sixty ICR mice were divided into five experimental groups and a control group. The mice in experimental groups were given i.p. Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide (GLP) immune milk,Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) immune milk and different doses (low,medium and high) CPIM,and the control group was given equivalently skimmed and sterilized goat's milk respectively for 15 d. The cellular and humoral immune functions and the feces were examined. Results Transformation ability of spleen lymphocytes:There were highly marked differences between all experimental groups and control group,between medium dose group of CPIM and GLB group,LBP group (P〈0.01). Delayed type hypersensitivity:There were highly marked or marked differences between all experimental groups and control group except GLB group,between medium dose CPIM group and GLB group,LBP group (P〈0.05,P〈0.01); Antibody aggregation of serum hemolysin:There were highly marked differences between other experimental groups and control group except high dose CPIM group (P〈0.01) between medium dose CPIM group and GLB group,LBP group (P〈0.05). The splenocyte antibody formation in medium or low dose CPIM group increased significantly comparied to that in control group (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). The feces were always humid on the 7th day after intragastric administration,and within 7 d after cessation of administration. Conclusion CPIM have better immunomodulatory effect compared to GLB and LBP immune milk in mice,and also have effects of prevention and treatment for constipation.
