摘　　要：目的:探讨新疆维吾尔族和汉族食管鳞癌中CD44v5 mRNA的表达情况以及与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:利用RT-PCR技术检测食管鳞癌组织60例(维族、汉族各30例),及其对应的正常食管上皮组织60例中CD44v5 mRNA表达的情况。结果:CD44v5 mRNA在维吾尔族食管鳞癌组织及正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为86.67%和46.67%(P=0.003);在汉族食管鳞癌组织及正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为96.67%和50.00%(P=0.000);但在两民族间的表达差异无统计学意义(P=0.930);CD44v5 mRNA的表达与TNM分期及淋巴结转移相关(P﹤0.05)。结论:CD44v5 mRNA表达与食管癌发生发展有关,可作为食管癌转移及预后不良的生物学指标。Objective To investigate the expression of CD44v5 mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC） in Uygur and Han populations in Xinjiang and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods The expressions of CD44v5 mRNA in 60 cases of ESCC tissues （30 of Uygur and 30 of Han） and 60 cases of corresponding normal esophageal tissues were detected by RT-PCR. Results The expression rates of CD44v5 mRNA in ESCC tissues and normal tissues in Uygur were 86.67% and 46.67% respectively （P= 0.003）, and those in Han were 96.67% and 50.00% respectively （P = 0.000）. No significant differenc6 of the expressions of CD44v5 mRNA was found between Uygur and Han nationality （P = 0.930）. There was a significant correlation between the expression of CD44v5 mRNA and the TNM staging, lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion The expression of CD44v5 mRNA was related to the pathogenesis and development of ESCC, and can be a predicting factor for it.
