摘　　要：本文通过对血管性认知障碍的阐述,在诊断与发病机制方面进一步系统地认识该病,以期引起临床医务工作者的重视,做到及早诊断、及早干预治疗,以降低误诊、漏诊率,提高患者的生活质量。In this paper,through the elaboration of vascular cognitive impairment,in the diagnosis and further systematic understanding of the pathogenesis of the disease I.The order is to arouse the attention caused by the clinical medical workers.they can early diagnosis,early intervention therapy to reduce the misdiagnosis rate of misdiagnosis,in improving the patient＇s quality of life.
