硬化性纤维母细胞瘤临床病理学特征及部分免疫学表型

摘　　要：目的:探讨硬化性纤维母细胞瘤的临床病理学特征、免疫学表型及鉴别诊断。方法:对3例硬化性纤维母细胞瘤进行光镜观察和免疫组织化学标记肿瘤细胞的Vimentin、肌特异性肌动蛋白(MSA)及平滑肌肌动蛋白(SMA)。结果:硬化性纤维母细胞瘤镜下肿瘤组织主要由稀疏的梭形或星形细胞构成,分布相对均匀,细胞间有致密的胶原纤维,瘤细胞核肥胖,染色质细致淡染,可见清晰的小核仁,细胞无异型性,类似反应性纤维母细胞;瘤细胞强阳性表达Vimentin,部分表达SMA及MSA。结论:硬化性纤维母细胞瘤是一种具有独特临床病理学特征的良性纤维母细胞性肿瘤,免疫组织化学标记Vimenin、SMA及MSA对诊断有一定帮助。Objective：To study the clinical and pathological characteristics,immunological phenotypes,and differential diagnosis of desmoplastic fibroblastoma.Methods： Three cases of desmoplastic fibroblastoma were analyzed with their clinical features,and immunohistochemistry marks of vimentin,SMA,and MSA.Results： Histologically,desmoplastic fibroblastoma was composed of discrete spindle or stellate shaped fibroblastic cells embedded in densely collagenous fibers.The neoplastic fibroblastic cells resembled the reactive fibroblasts by containing fine chromatin and small distinct nucleoli without cellular atypical or mitotic figures.Immunohistochemically,the neoplastic cells showed diffuse and strong staining for vimentin,portion staining for SMA,and MSA.Conclusions： Desmoplastic fibroblastoma is a benign fibroblastic neoplasm with distinctive clinical and pathological characteristics.Vimentin,SMA and MSA are helpful immunohistochemical marks for its diagnosis.
