摘　　要：目的:探讨多西紫杉醇、奥沙利铂、5-氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙联合化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌的疗效和不良反应。方法:26例进展期胃癌患者给予化疗方案为:多西紫杉醇80 mg/m2,奥沙利铂125 mg/m2,5-氟尿嘧啶500 mg/m2,亚叶酸钙200 mg/m2,每3周为1个周期,3个周期后按WHO标准评价近期疗效和不良反应,随访疾病进展时间和中位生存期。结果:完全缓解3例,部分缓解12例,疾病稳定8例,疾病进展3例,总有效率57.69%,中位疾病进展时间为5.2个月,中位生存期为9.8个月。不良反应:白细胞减少、恶心、呕吐、脱发、周围神经毒性。结论:多西紫杉醇联合化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌近期疗效好,不良反应可耐受。Objective To study the efficacy and the adverse reaction of the combined chemotherapy of docetaxel,oxaliplatin,5-fluorouracil and calcium folinate on advanced gastric cancer.Methods Twenty-six patients with advanced gastric cancer received the chemotherapy scheme of docetaxel 80 mg/m^2,oxaliplatin 125 mg/m^2,5-fluorouracil 500 mg/m^2 and calcium folinate 200 mg/m^2.Once cycle included three weeks.After three cycles,the short-term efficacy,adverse reaction,time to progression and median survival time were evaluated according to WHO standards.Results In 26 cases,complete remission was achieved in 3 cases,partial remission in 12 cases,stable disease in 8 cases and progression diseases in 3 cases.The total effective rate was 57.69%.The median time to progression was 5.2 months and the median survival time was 9.8 months.The adverse reaction included leukopenia,nausea,votmiting,alopecia and peripheral nerve toxicity.Conclusion The combined chemotherapy of docetaxel,oxaliplatin,5-fluorouracil and calcium folinate is effective on advanced gastric cancer,and the adverse reaction is tolerable.
