过硼酸钠制剂冠内漂白三年的临床研究

摘　　要：本研究的目的是评估过硼酸钠加蒸馏水冠内漂白的临床疗效。通过对２７例共３２颗无髓变色牙使用过硼酸钠加双蒸水进行冠内漂白，经过三年的定期复查。结果所有患牙牙冠无再度变色，未见牙颈部外吸收。该结果支持应用过硼酸钠做冠内漂白时，只须加水调和。The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the clinical results of the intracoronal bleaching with a sodium perborate preperation. Thirty-two severely discolored teeth were bleached by sodium perborate mixed with bidistilled water. Three years of clinical and radiographic evalution revealed good aesthetic results and no external cervical resorption for any patients. This treatment supports the suggestion that sodium perborate should be used in the form of mixing with water rather than with hydrogen peroxide.
