摘　　要：本文对256例非寄生虫性肝囊肿的发病情况进行分析并与文献报道相比较。结果显示非寄生虫性肝囊肿的检出率为4．02％，与文献报道接近。患者中女性所占比例略高于男性，40岁以上者所占比例较大，囊肿多为直径小于3．0cm的孤立性囊肿。B型超声是诊断本病的首选方法。An analysis of the Echographic results of nonparasitic hepatic cysts (NPHCs) has been carried out and compared with that of the current literature. It shows that the incidence of the NPHCs was 4. 02%, which is approximate to those reported by other authors. Our data indicate that there was a grealer number of cases among women. and we see a marked increase over 40 years. Almost all the cysts were solitary and less than 3. 0cm in size B-mode ultrasound examination is the first choice for diagnosing NPHCs.
