外周血淋巴细胞β受体变化与哮喘遗传的相关研究

摘  要:本文采用放射配基受体结合分析方法,对支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿及其父亲外用血淋巴细胞肾上腺素能β受体(简称β-AR)及血浆cAMP水平进行观察。结果显示哮喘发作期患儿外周血淋巴细胞β-AR为4148.3±372.5site/cellcAMP为17.0±1.5pm/ml,患儿父亲β-AR为2176±678.2site/call,cAMP为14.4±2.0PM/ml,.患儿母亲β-AR为1721.1±96.3site/site,cAMP为13.3±1.4pm/ml,哮喘息性发作期患儿及其父母的外周血淋巴细胞β-AR密度均明显升高P<0.01,表明哮喘患儿及其父母的β-AR功能低下或受到阻滞。而且患儿与其父母亲之间存在一定的遗传倾向。父母亲β-AR功能低下,其小儿可能易患支气管哮喘,小儿气道上的β-AR由于遗传因素影响而处于反应低下,可能是小儿支气管哮喘高发的基础。The differences changes of β-adrenoceptors in circulating lymphocytes and cAMP in plasma of the acute bronchial asthme children and their parents. Of the asthma children, β-adrenoceptor was 4148. 3 ± 372. 5 site/cell, cAMP 17 ± 1. 5pm/ml; ofthe children's father, β-adrenoceptor was 2176. 6 ± 678. 2 site/cell, cAMP was 14. 4 ± 2. 0pm/ml; of the children's mother, βadrenoceptor was 1721 ± 96. 3 site/cell, cAMP was 13. 30 ± 1.4pm/ml. The β-adrenoceptors of the asthma children and their parents was increased signficantly, P< 0. 01, but cAMP was decreased significantly P< 0. 01. It was suggested that bronchialasthma children and their parents had β-adrenoceptor disfunction and heredity tend. The children whine parents had β-adrenoceptor disfunction may easily cause bronchial asthma.
