摘　　要：对准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术及原位角膜磨镶术病人手术前后的视觉对比敏感度及激光干涉视力进行测定。结果表明两组病人手术前后的视觉对比敏感度及激光干涉视力均无显著性差异。在手术中，准分子激光切削时的冲击力及负压吸引。Determination of contrast sensitivity function (CSF)and interference visual acuity(IVA) were performed before and after photorefractive keratectomy(PRK)and laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).The results showed that there was no significant difference in CSF and IVA of the two groups preoperatively and postoperatively.It was postulated that excimer laser ablation and pressure couldnt significantly affect the retinal function during PRK or LASIK procedure.
