摘　　要：目的：探讨电烧灼法治疗慢性泪囊炎所致鼻泪管阻塞的治疗效果。方法：临床治疗５３例５７只眼慢性泪囊炎病人，随访完整资料３０例３３只眼。结果：电烧灼法的近期有效率（两周）为９７％，长期有效率（３个月）为７５８％。结论：电烧灼法治疗慢性泪囊炎为一种简便可靠的方法。To investigate the effects of electronic cauterization on treating nasolacrimal duct obstruction caused by chronic dacryocystitis,53 cases (57 eyes) of chronic dacryocystitis were treated with electronic cautery Follow up materials of 30 cases (33 eyes) were intact The short term effective rate of electronic cauterization (within two weeks) was 97%,while the long term effective rate (within three months) was 75 8%.Electronic cautery was a simple and reliable method to treat chronic dacryocystitis
