摘　　要：目的:提高对积水性无脑畸形的诊断水平。方法:分析1例积水性无脑畸形的临床表现和CT特点。结果:本例积水性无脑畸形的临床表现和CT表现具有一定特征。结论:本病是脑部少见的一种先天畸形,加强对此病的认识,紧密结合临床,大多数能作出正确诊断。Objective： To improve the diagnostic accuracy of hydranencephaly.Methods： The clinical manifes-tations and CT features of 1 case that was diagnosed as hydranencephaly were analyzed.Results： The clinical manifestations and the CT findings of this case were some characteristic.Conclusion： The hydranencephaly is rare hereditary Lesion of brain.To improve recognition of the Lesion and combine with clinical manifestations closely, most of them can be diagnosed correctly.
