中西医结合治疗胆石症45例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗胆石症的临床疗效。方法选择我院2004年至2008年收治的90例胆石症患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各45例,其中治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用单纯西药治疗。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为95.56%、44.44%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗胆石症疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of gall stone disease of therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods 90 gall stone disease patient that our hospital accepted for medical treatment from 2004 to 2008,and divide into treat group and control group respectively 45 at random.Among them the treat group adopted therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine,but the control group adopts the simple Western medicine treatment.Results It is 95.56%,44.44% to treat the total efficient difference between the group and control group,P<0.05.The difference has statistics meanings.Conclusion The gall stone disease curative effect of therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine is prominent.
