摘  要:目的观察负载自体骨髓间充质干细胞羊膜片移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法10例(10眼)原发性巨大翼状胬肉患者,在知情同意下,抽取自体骨髓间充质干细胞,将鉴定后的第3代骨髓间充质干细胞接种到羊膜上,切除翼状胬肉,将载有自体骨髓间充质干细胞的羊膜片细胞面向上覆盖在巩膜裸区缝合固定后,另缝合一层单纯羊膜保护移植细胞。结果10例患者移植术后1-3d角膜剥离区上皮修复,1周左右周围结膜上皮逐渐移行生长,10d至2周时羊膜片开始融合吸收。随访6月至3年,无复发。结论负载自体骨髓间充质干细胞的羊膜片移植治疗翼状胬肉,对结膜刺激小,眼表瘢痕轻,胬肉无复发。Ojbective To study the clinical effects of human amniotie membrane transplantation loaded with autologons marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) in treatment of pterygium patient. Methods Totally 10 patient (10 eyes) with primary giant pterygium aged 42 - 60 years(7 males and 3 females) were enrolled. All patients were informed consents. Bone marrow was sterilely collected by hone marrow aspiration. MSCs were harvested, purified and cultured. At the third passage, MSCs were incubated in amniotie membrane, After pterygium resection, amniotic membrane patch with cells surface upward was covered on surface of exposed sclera. Another simple amniotie membrane was sutured to protect transplanted cells Results 1-3 days after dissection of corneal epithelial area was repaired, a week around later,migration of conjunctival epithelial gradually grew, about 10 - 14 days, absorption and fusion of amniotic membrane began.Follow-uo of 6 months to 3 years, there was no recurrence. Conclusion After amniotic membrane loaded with MSCs were transplanted to the ocular surface,corneal epithelium repaired rapidly, transplanted amniotie membrane and eonjunctival integrated ,eonjunctival irritation was few, ocular surface scar was light, the pterygium was no recurrence.
