摘　　要：目的：对自贡市荣县一学校发生发生群体心因性疾病进行流行病学调查。方法：对医院收治的136名学生进行调查，填写食物中毒个案调查表，对食堂残留食物及饮用水和生活用水进行采样。结果：自述头昏71人，头痛64人，恶心27人，腹痛93人；发热72人，自述呕吐12人，腹泻22人；猪油样品：酸价2．33，过氧化值0．026g／100g，符合国家卫生标准。其它残留食物水样无任何可疑病菌检出。结论：患者以自述症状为主、阳性体征不明显，为一起群体性心因性疾病。Objective Of a school in Zigong Rongxian When mass psychogenic illness epidemiological survey. Methods The hospital admitted 136 students to investigate food poisoning cases completed the questionnaire, the canteen food and drinking water and residual life of water samples. Results 71 Readme dizziness, headache 64, 27 nausea, abdominal pain, 93; fever 72 people 12 people readme vomiting, diarrhea, and 22; lard samples： acid value 2.33, peroxide value 0.026g/100g, in line with the National Health standard. Other food remains in water samples without any detected suspicious bacteria. Conclusions Readme symptoms in patients with mainly positive symptoms was not obvious, for with the mass psychogenic illness.
