摘  要:目的:观察比较不同浓度的新洁尔灭溶液调合藻酸钾印模材料对口腔内常见细菌的抑菌效果,以及对印模材料复制精度的影响,寻找理想的新洁尔灭调合消毒浓度。方法:参照卫生部《消毒技术规范》,用0.05%、0.10%、0.20%、0.40%、0.60%浓度的新洁尔灭调拌印模材料,测量各组印模片抑菌环的大小来评价其抑菌效果。各组浓度随机选取印模灌制模型,印模相应标志点尺寸的变化采用测量显微镜测量,分别进行统计学分析。结果:(1)随新洁尔灭0.05%~0.40%浓度的增大,抑菌环的直径变大,但浓度大于0.40%,抑菌环大小无明显变化,各组浓度的新洁尔灭对绿脓杆菌均无效。(2)各浓度条件下的印模复制精度与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:0.40%新洁尔灭调合消毒有良好的抑菌效果(除绿脓杆菌外),且对印模复制精度无明显影响,是临床上较理想的印模消毒法。Objective:To observe the bacteriostatic efficacy of bromogeramine of different concentrations made with potassium alginate impression materials and their effect on the dimensional accuracy of impression materials.Methods:Based on the methods described in "Disinfection Technical Guidelines"(Ministry of Public Health of the People's Republic of China),impressions were mixed by bromogeramine with concentrations of 0.05%,0.1%,0.2%,0.4% and 0.6%,respectively.The bacteriostatic efficacy of impressions were evaluated through measuring the size of inhibition zone,and their dimension value of the corresponding landmarks were measured with a measuring microscope and statistically analyzed.Results:(1) The diameter of the inhibition zone was enlarged as the concentration of bromogeramine increased from 0.05% to 0.40%.It did not change when the concentration of bromogeramine was above 0.40%.Bromogeramine of any concentration had no effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa.(2) Dimensional evaluation of the impressions with different concentrations of bromogeramine showed no significant difference in comparison with that of the control group(P0.05),respectively.Conclusion:Alginate impression material mixed with bromogeramine(0.40%) had some bacteriostatic effect on bacteria except pseudomonas aeruginosa,and it has no effect on the impression accuracy.It could be an ideal disinfection method for clinical use.
