巩膜开窗方式Ⅰ期植入羟基磷灰石义眼座

摘　　要：目的:观察患者的眼球内容物剜除Ⅰ期植入羟基磷灰石义眼座(hydroxyapatite,HA)的临床效果。方法:采用巩膜开窗方式巩膜腔内植入羟基磷灰石义眼座,并追踪观察最长者5年。结果:全部60例病例植入HA后眼眶外观饱满,眼球活动度良好,无一例发生义眼座排斥现象。结论:采用巩膜开窗方式巩膜腔内I期植入羟基磷灰石义眼座是临床治疗需摘除眼球患者的理想方法。Objective： To observe the clinic effect of the first stage implantation of orbital hydroxyapatites into patients after evisceration.Methods： By windowing on sclera and implanting hydroxyapatites,with a maximum follow-up visit as long as 5 years.Results： For all 60 cases,the orbit is replete and the mobility of eyeball is satisfactory,with no cases of rejection reaction.Conclusion： Windowing on sclera to implant the orbital hydroxyapatites is an ideal mode of operation in clinical treatment of patient with evisceration.
