知识共享平台与协作在线文档在研究生培养中的应用实践

摘　　要：研究生培养质量日渐引人关注。提出基于知识共享平台与协作在线文档的研究生培养模式,知识共享平台的应用可提高课题组知识传递与交流的效率,协作在线文档的应用可提高导师指导研究生的系统性、实时性。实践证明,这种模式提升了课题组研究工作的整体效率,促进研究生科研能力的快速提高,节约导师培养研究生所耗费的大量时间,利于导师专注于前沿探索。The effect of graduate educating has caused increasingly concern to the public.A novel graduate education mode is proposed based on knowledge sharing platform and online collaboration documentation.The application of knowledge sharing platform can improve the efficiency of knowledge transmission and interchange in the research group.The application of online collaboration documentation can improve the systematicness and real time characteristic of tutor＇s instruction.Experience has shown that the application of this mode has improved the research efficiency in the whole team and has accelerated the improvement of the students＇ research ability.Furthermore the time consumption of instruction for tutor can be saved to focus on exploring the cutting edge of science issues.
