春雷霉素对植烟土壤酶活性的影响

摘　　要：采用室内模拟试验方法,研究了春雷霉素对植烟土壤中酶活性的影响。在供试土壤中按照0、1.0、10.0和50.0mg/kg土的浓度加入春雷霉素,定期取样测定酶活性。结果表明:各浓度条件下的春雷霉素均对蔗糖酶和脲酶表现为先抑制后激活的作用;不同浓度的春雷霉素对过氧化氢酶具有激活效应。低浓度的春雷霉素对各种酶的影响小,酶活性能够恢复,高浓度处理后土壤酶活性不易恢复。The effect of kasugamycin on the activity of enzyme in tobacco planting soil was studied in laboratory.The different concentrations of kasugamycin（0 mg/kg,1.0 mg/kg,10.0 mg/kg and 50.0 mg/kg） were added to experimental soil samples and the activity of enzyme was periodic sampling.The results showed that the different concentrations of kasugamycin had the same effect on saccharase and urease,which was inhibiting first and then enabled;the different concentrations of kasugamycin all had enabled effect on catalase.Low concentration of kasugamycin had less impacting on each enzyme,so activity of enzyme could recover;the activity of enzyme in soil,which treated by high concentration of kasugamycin,would not recover soon.
