摘 要:目的:评价封管用枸橼酸钠注射液的体外抑菌作用,并与肝素钠注射液作用进行比较。方法:采用琼脂稀释法和肉汤稀释法测定封管用枸橼酸钠注射液对204株标准及临床分离菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),以琼脂打洞扩散法与目前临床使用的肝素钠封管液进行抑菌效果比较。结果:封管用枸橼酸钠注射液对金葡球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌及白色念珠球菌的MIC范围分别为58.4~7.3,29.2~7.3,233.5~116.8,233.5~58.4与58.4~29.2mg.mL-1;抑菌圈直径分别为2.6,2.8,1.2,4.4及2.4cm,而肝素无抑菌圈。结论:封管用枸橼酸钠注射液对留置导管感染常见病原菌具有良好的抑菌作用,有望成为替代肝素的新一代理想封管液。Objective:To evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of the sodium citrate injection for catheter locking.Methods:The agar dilution method and broth dilution test were used to determine the minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of the sodium citrate injection for catheter locking in 204 standard strains and clinical isolated strains.Agar diffusion method was applied to compare the antimicrobial efficacy of sodium citrate injection with that of heparin sodium injection.Results:The MIC ranges of sodium citrate injection against Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans were 58.4~7.3,29.2~7.3,233.5~116.8,233.5~58.4 and 58.4~29.2 mg·mL^-1,respectively.The diameters of inhibition zone were 2.6,2.8,1.2,4.4 and 2.4 cm.On the other hand,heparin sodium injection was proved to show no antimicrobial effect of any significance by agar diffusion method.Conclusion:The sodium citrate injection for catheter locking has favorable antimicrobial effect against pathogens for infection of indwelling catheter,and is a promising substitute for heparin sodium injection.
