摘　　要：新的时代条件下推进军事新闻全方位改革,需要对军事新闻人才的专业素质进行新的思考和定位。当代军事新闻人才专业素质培养应突出胸怀全局的战略眼光,跨文化传播的意识和能力,"隐性达意"传播致效的策略与技巧。The quality of contemporary military journalists should be considered and orientated in the light of the all-round reform in military journalism under new historical conditions.In cultivating this quality,emphasis should be given to the strategic viewpoint with the entire situation in mind,the sense and ability in cross-culture dissemination,and the tactics and skills in covert expression in dissemination efficiency.
