细胞分化诱导剂防治裸鼠肝癌转移复发的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究ＣＤＡ－Ⅱ对裸鼠早期（转移前）和晚期（转移后）肝癌切除术后转移复发的防治效果。方法裸鼠人肝癌高转移模型肿瘤接种后，于转移发生前后分别行肝癌切除术，术后皮下注射ＣＤＡ－Ⅱ。肿瘤接种后３５天处死动物，记录动物体重、切缘复发、肝内转移、和远处转移情况。结果早、晚期肝癌切除术后应用ＣＤＡ－Ⅱ组动物体重较高，肝内转移和远处转移累及脏器数均少于对照组，局部复发灶也小于对照组。结论ＣＤＡ－Ⅱ对裸鼠早期和晚期肝癌切除术后的转移复发有防治作用。Objective To study effect of CDA-Ⅱ on prevention and therapy of liver cancer metastasis andrecurrence in nude mice. Methods The liver cancers in nude mice were resected on day 16 and day 22 after tumor implantation, and CDA-Ⅱ was injected subcutaneously for 9 days successively. On day 35 postimplantation,the mice were sacrificed, and tumor recurrence at incision margin, intrahepatic metastasis and remote metastasiswere recorded. Results In nude mice, in which liver cancers were resected at both advanced stage and earlystage, the body weight was higher, the incision margin recurrent and remote tumors were smaller, the lung metastasis was less and the organs involved were less in the CDA-Ⅱ group than in the control group. ConclusionCDA-Ⅱ has preventive and curative effects on metastasis and recurrence of liver cancer in nude mice after resection both at the early stage and the advanced stage.
