摘　　要：在将企业资源要素划分为七类并加以界定的基础上,对资源要素之间的相互关系进行了系统研究。在这一框架体系下,着重于劳动力资源、技术知识资源和非技术知识资源三者系于劳动者一身以及如何分解等问题的分析。On the basis of seven classifications of enterprise resource elements and definition thereof,a systematic study is conducted herein on interrelationships of resource elements,under which valuable discussions are conducted on integration and decomposition of labor force（physical force） resource,technical knowledge resource and non-technical knowledge resource into one worker.
