油酸所致肺损伤兔模型的研究与探讨

摘　　要：目的探索油酸致肺损伤兔模型的合适剂量。方法对油酸致肺损伤兔模型进行梯度剂量试验,从肺脏外观表型和病理组织学两方面对兔模型进行评估。结果通过梯度剂量模型实验,对造模成功率、肺损伤程度、肺脏外观表型以及肺脏病理组织学等指标评估动物模型,得出了油酸致肺损伤兔模型的最佳实验剂量为0.06m l/kg。结论通过实验找到了油酸致肺损伤模型的最佳实验剂量,为同类实验模型的建立提供剂量依据,实验达到了预期的目的。Objective To research on the proper dosage of oleic acid-induced lung injury in rabbits.Methods Studied the model of oleic acid-induced lung injury in rabbits using the different gradient dosage and evaluated the model from the phenotyping and pathohistology of lung.Results Evaluated the rabbit models through the success rate of models,extent of lung injury,the phenotyping and pathohistology of lung using the gradient dosage,the experiment showed that 0.06ml/kg is the proper dosage for the models of oleic acid-induced lung injury in rabbits.Conclusion The proper dosage for the oleic acid-induced lung injury in rabbits can provide the dosage basis for the similar experiment,the study got expected objectives.
