摘  要:目的 探讨环氧化酶-2(C0X-2)和血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达和相关性.方法 免疫组化SP法检测49例子宫内膜样腺癌、10例不典型增生及15例正常子宫内膜中COX-2和VEGF-C的表达,并结合临床病理特征进行分析,探讨二者表达的相关性.结果 COX-2和VEGF-C在正常子宫内膜组、子宫内膜不典型增生组和子宫内膜样腺癌组中阳性表达逐渐增高(P〈0.05).COX-2阳性表达与组织学分级有关(P〈0.05),VEGF-C的表达与手术病理分期、淋巴结转移、肌层浸润有关.COX-2与VEGF-C的表达存在正相关关系(r=0.392,P〈0.05).结论 COX-2可能通过PGE2上调VEGF-C的表达,两者共同促进了子宫内膜样腺癌的发生、发展和转移.Objective To study the expression level of Cyclooxygenase-2 ( COX-2 ) in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and endometrioid adenocarcinoma,and to explore its correlation with VEGF-C,in order to investigate its role and mechanism in the tumor genesis and development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Methods Forty-nine cases of endometrioid adenoearcinoma, ten cases of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and fifteen cases of normal endometrium were selected in this study. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of COX-2, as well as VEGF-C. Results In normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and endometrioid adenocarcinoma, the positive rate of COX-2 and VEGF-C was increased gradually. The expression of COX-2 correlated with histological grade ( P 〈 0.05 ) ,and the expression of VEGF-C correlated with FIGO stage, the depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis( P 〈 0. 05 ). There were positive correlation between the expression of COX-2and VEGF-C ( r =0. 392 ,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Abnormal expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C closely relates with tumor genesis,development and metastasis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. COX-2 may induce the expression of VEGF-C by PGE2.
