缺血性脑卒中患者幽门螺杆菌感染与高敏C反应蛋白关系探讨

摘　　要：目的 观察缺血性脑卒中患者幽门螺杆菌感染状况,并探讨其与高敏C反应蛋白（high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP）的关系.方法 检测77例缺血性脑卒中患者与34例健康对照组血清IgM,IgG抗体及hsCRP水平,比较脑卒中组与对照组Hp感染率及脑卒中组IgM（＋）亚组与IgM（-）亚组hs-CRP水平.结果 缺血性脑卒中患者血清IgM,IgG抗体感染率明显高于健康对照组;脑卒中组IgM（＋）亚组hs-CRP水平高于IgM（-）亚组（P＜0.05）.结论 Hp感染可能介导C反应蛋白水平的升高,促进动脉粥样硬化（AS）的形成和发展,进而促发急性缺血性脑卒中的发生.Objective To investigate the relationship between the Hp infection and high sensitive C-reactive protein in cerebral ischemic stroke patients. Methods Hp-IgM and Hp-IgG in cerebral ischemic stroke patients（ n = 77） were detected and compared with that of normal volunteers （ n = 34）, The HsCRP of Hp-IgM （ ＋ ） cerebral ischemie stroke patients （ n = 46 ） were detected and compared with that of Hp-IgM （ - ） cerebral ischemic stroke patients （ n = 31 ）. Results The infection rate of Hp in cerebral ischemic stroke patients was significantly higher than of normal volunteers and The HsCRP level of Hp-IgM（ ＋ ） cerebral ischemic stroke patients was significantly higher than of Hp-IgM （- ） cerebral ischemic stroke patients. Conclusion Hp infection may increase the HsCRP level and contribute to the formation and development of atherosclerosis plaques.
