瘢痕性睑外翻手术矫正28例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨瘢痕性睑外翻手术方式及治疗效果,提出瘢痕性睑外翻手术方式选择。方法回顾分析我院收治各种瘢痕性睑外翻患者28例(35眼),根据睑外翻部位、程度,4眼行"V-Y"成形术及"Z"成形术,10眼行局部皮瓣转移术,21眼采用游离全厚皮片移植术行睑外翻手术矫正。结果随访6个月至3年,26例眼睑复位良好,未见复发,1例术后尚遗留轻度外翻,1例出现轻度眼睑闭合不全。结论根据睑外翻部位、程度,选择合适手术方式是取得良好疗效的关键。Objective To evaluate the surgical treatments to correct cicatricial eyelid ectropion by retrospectively analyzing clinical effect of different surgical methods.Methods Totally 28 cases（35 eyes） with cicatricial eyelid ectropion were treated in our hospital from Feb.2002 to March,2008.According to the degrees and local circumstances of different patients,4 eyes underwent ＂V-Y＂and＂Z＂anaplasty,10 eyes underwent local flap transferring and 21 eyes underwent free skin grafting.Results During 6 months to 3 years follow-up,26 cases got good correction without ectropion recurrence,a slight ectropion occurred and another slight lagophthalmus was found in one patient.Conclusion To achieve the best cicatricial eyelid ectropion correction,the most important is to choose the suitable method according to the local circumstance and degree of cicatricle of different patients.
