摘 要:目的:探讨包覆双甲基丙烯酸二缩三乙二醇酯(TEGDMA)纳米囊制备过程中反应条件如细乳液预备方法、反应温度、超声时间、搅拌速率及芯材量等对纳米囊粒径的影响,摸索适合的反应条件。方法:运用细乳液界面缩聚法制备纳米囊,分别选取不同的细乳液预备方法、不同反应温度(30℃、40℃、50℃)、不同超声时间(1-30min内取15个时间点)、不同搅拌速率(200 r/min、300 r/min、400 r/min)以及不同芯材TEGDMA量(4.44 g、6.66g、8.88 g、11.1 g),使用激光散射粒度仪对不同反应条件下的纳米囊粒径及分散性进行检测分析。结果:温度40℃、超声时间为6 min、转速为300 r/min及芯材量为6.66 g时,纳米囊具有较好的粒径分布及分散性。结论:不同反应条件对于纳米囊粒径产生影响,摸索适合的反应条件具有重要意义。Objective: To investigate the effect of different action conditions on the preparation of TEGDMA nanocapsules,which included miniemulsion preparation modes,temperature,ultrasonic time,stir rate and the amount of TEGDMA.Methods: In preparing TEGDMA nanocapsule by interfacial polycondensation in miniemulsion,two different miniemulsion preparation modes were chosen and different action temperature(30℃、40℃、50℃)and ultrasonic time and stir rate were decided.The amount of TEGDMA was also divided into 4.44g,6.66g,8.88g and 11.1g.Particle size and PDI were tested respectively.Results: When temperature was 40℃,ultrasonic time was 6 min stir rate was 300rpm,and the amount of TEGDMA was 6.66g,desirable particle size and low PDI were got.Conclusion: The particle size and PDI were affected by different action conditions.It was necessary to investigate the suitable conditions.
