偏侧咀嚼对大鼠颞下颌关节滑膜影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究偏侧咀嚼对大鼠颞下颌关节滑膜的影响。方法:30只大白鼠随机分为6组,实验组间断磨除右上、下颌磨牙牙冠至龈下,对照组末做处理,饲养条件相同。实验1组磨除牙冠后4周末、实验2、3组磨除牙冠后10、16周末处死动物,取其双侧TMJ进行光镜切片检查,结果与对照组对照。结果:实验1、2、3组双侧颞下颌关节滑膜均出现受损的病理变化。结论:偏侧咀嚼可引起颞下颌关节滑膜损伤,是颞下颌关节紊乱病的病因之一。Objective： To study the effect of unilateral chewing on temporomandibular joint synovial membrane.Methods： 30 white rats were divided into three experiment groups and three control groups.The right upper and lower posterion teeth of all the experiment groups were ground to the gingival level without occlusal contact.The rats of the first experiment and control groups were killed 4 weeks late,and those of the second and third groups were killed 10,16 weeks late respectively.The pathological changes of TMJ synovial membrane were studied.Results： There were pathognostic changes in TMJ synovial membrane with unilateral chewing.Conclusion： The unilateral chewing can cause the damage in temporomandibular joint synovial membrane and it was one of the cause of temporomandibular joint disorders.
