内镜手术与传统手术治疗颌面部良性肿物疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:内镜手术与传统手术治疗颌面部良性肿物疗效比较。方法:2007年1月至2008年12月,我院颌面部良性肿物50例,其中皮脂腺囊肿25例、脂肪瘤10例,表皮样囊肿15例。将50个病例随机分为2组,每组25例,一组为内镜组,在内镜引导下完成手术,另一组为传统组,常规手术切口切除肿物。结果:所有病例均成功完成手术切除。内镜组平均出血量4 mL,较传统组出血量少;内镜手术术后肿物局部无瘢痕,美观效果好;内镜组手术时间平均为40 min,传统组手术时间平均为25 min,较内镜组短。结论:内镜技术治疗颌面部良性肿物美观效果好,具有很好应用前景。Objective： To compare the treatment effect between endoscopic technique and traditional operations on maxillofacial benign tumor.Methods： 50 patients with maxillofacial benign tumor were chosen who visited our hospital from January 2007 to December 2008.The tumors included 25 sebaceous cysts,10 lipoma,15 epidermoid cysts.The 50 patients were divided into 2 groups,each with 25 people.One group was treated with endoscopic technique,the other group was treated with traditional opetation.Results： Operations were all successful.The bleeding amount of endoscopy treatment was 4 ml which was less than tradition group.There was no scar after endoscopy operation that improved the esthetic effect.The even operation time of endoscopy was 40 minutes while the time of traditonal group was 25 minutes.Patients were all satisfied with operative effect.Conclusion： The esthetic effect of maxillofacial benign tumor treatment with endoscopic technique was satisfactory,the application perspective of which was optimistic.
