磁性附着体覆盖义齿修复牙列缺损的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨磁性附着体覆盖义齿在临床修复中的制作方法及疗效。方法:对修复科68例牙列缺损患者行磁性附着体覆盖义齿,观察其固位力和咀嚼效率。结果:安放磁体后义齿的固位力及咀嚼效率显著大于磁体粘固前(P<0.05)。结论:磁性附着体覆盖义齿能有效地利用残冠残根,且制作简便、美观耐用,具有广泛的应用前景。Objective： To investigate the magnetic attachment overdenture clinical repair method and efficacy.Methods： 68 cases of patients with dentition defect magnetic attachment overdenture from repair division were observed interms of retention and masticatory efficiency.Results： After placing the magnet,the denture retention and masticatory efficiency were significantly higher than the former denture（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Magnetic attachment overdenture can make good use of residual crown and root and be produced in a simple,beautiful and durable way,with a wide range of application.
