摘　　要：目的探讨蛋白C(PC)、活化蛋白C抵抗(APCR)与脑梗死(CI)的相关性。方法对92例急性期CI患者及99例非脑血管病患者血浆PC和APCR进行检测。结果病例组血浆PC水平[(108.10±37.30)%]低于对照组[(124.32±51.75)%,P<0.05],复发组CI患者血浆PC水平[(90.39±41.69)%]明显低于初发组[(114.75±33.49)%,P<0.05],病例组的≥60岁亚组血浆PC水平[(103.77±37.58)%]明显低于<60岁亚组[(127.24±30.06)%]以及对照组的≥60岁亚组[(125.78±56.63)%,均P<0.05],病例组的<60岁亚组与对照组的<60岁亚组血浆PC水平比较差异无统计学意义。各组间APCR阳性率比较差异无统计学意义。结论 PC缺乏与CI的发生相关;PC活性降低是CI复发的重要因素,尤其与老年人CI的发生密切相关;APCR并未增加CI的发生率。Objective To explore the relationship between protein C （PC）, activated protein C resistance （APCR） and cerebral infarction. Methods The peripheral plasma levels of PC and APCR were measured in 92 cerebral infarction patients and 99 individuals without ischemic cerebrovascular disease as control. Results The peripheral plasma levels of PC in patients at the acute phase of cerebral infarction [ （108. 10±37. 30）%] were significantly lower than that in the control group [ （124.32±51.75）%, P〈0.05]. The level of plasma PC in patients who had recurrent stroke [ （90.39±41.69）%] was significantly lower than that in patients who had stroke once [（114.75±33.49）%] （P〈0.05）. The level of plasma PC in the aged group （≥60 years old） [ （103.77±37.58）%] was much lower than that in the aged control group （≥60 years old） [ （125.78±56.63）%] and the middle-aged and young group （〈 60 years old） [ （127.24±30.06）%, P〈0.05]. There was no significant difference of the plasma PC level between the patients less than 60 years old and its control group. There was no significant difference of the positive rate of APCR among all groups. Conclusions Lower plasma level of PC could be related cerebral infarction. Decreasing of plasma PC is one of the risk factors of recurrent cerebral infarction and cerebral infarction in the aged persons. APCR did not increase the occurence of cerebral infarction.
