摘　　要：简述了本地电话、长途传输和长途交换专业所包括的范围和完成固定长途电话通信的过程；试用完全成本法对固定长话收入在相关各专业间进行再分配，并得到各专业的固定长话收入再分配系数。It briefly describes the professional boundaries of local telephone, long distance transmission and long distance switching, and the course to set up a wired long distance call.It tries to use the method of complete cost to reallocate the wired long distance call income among the interrelated specialties,and to obtain the wired long distance call income reallocation coefficient for each specialties.
