摘　　要：从高校需要稳定这个大前提出发，论述了在正确理解高校的稳定，正确处理高校改革、发展与稳定的关系。Colleges and universities need stable development.The writer has put forward his own viewpoints based on the current situation of universities. He has presented his opinions on how to understand and handle the relationship between the reform, development and stability, meanwhile, he also presents his solutions to three aspects.
