摘　　要：就项目管理在软件开发中所关注的几个关键点进行了详细阐述,并着重就客户需求对软件开发项目管理的重要意义进行深入研究,需求管理过程是对一个项目所反应或产生的所有需求进行管理,包括技术和非技术需求,以及组织向这个项目提出的需求。This text has been analyzed and described through the origin cause of formation,existing problem and correspond-ing solution of application to the project management in software development mainly,Requirements management processes manage all requirements,received or generated by the project,including both technical andnontechnical requirements as well as those requirements levied on theproject by the organization.
