护理专业新生人乳头瘤病毒感染认知现状分析

摘　　要：目的：分析护理专业新生对人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染认知现状，为HPV感染的健康教育奠定基础。方法：以2009级130名新生为研究对象，填写调查问卷，统计分析护生对HPV认知与知晓情况及对HPV健康教育的需求。结果：只有14名（11．0％）新生曾听说过HPV，其中，64．29％通过公共媒体（电视、杂志、电台广播）知道HPV，35．71％通过其他方式了解；对HPV知识的知晓程度按百分比从高到低依次为HPV可引起宫颈癌、阴茎癌、皮肤癌等恶性肿瘤，某些不正常阴道括片结果可提示HPV感染，尖锐湿疣由HPV感染引起，感染HPV后可以没有症状，HPV与性传播性疾病有关。123名新生愿意了解HPV相关知识（96．85%）。结论：听说过HPV的护理专业新生较少，对HPV知晓程度偏低，但绝大多数新生希望了解HPV知识。Objective： To provide experimental basis for health propagate and education of human papillomavirus（ HPV）, current awareness and knowledge about HPV infection among the freshmen of nursing was investigated. Methods：One hundred thirty of the freshmen of nursing in 2009 were asked by questionnaires of awareness and knowledge about HPV infection. The data of 127 students about the basic material, awareness and knowledge, and the need for health education were analyzed. Results,Of the participants, 11.0% freshmen（n=14） had heard of HPV. Among them, 64.29% heard of HPV by the public media（television, magazine, radio）, the rest heard of HPV by other manners. According to the proportion about the correct answer of HPV infection knowledge, the higher was the causal link between HPV and cervical cancer/ penile cancer/cutaneum carcinoma, the following was respectively an abnormal Pap test result indicating HPV infections, the connection between HPV infection with genital warts, HPV infection being asymptom, HPV infections being sexually transmitted diseases（STD）. Of the participants, 96.85 % （n=123） wanted to learn more knowledge about H PV infection. Conclusion：The freshmen of nursing who had heard of HPV are less and their knowledge of HPV infection are poorer. The most of participants want to learn more HPV infection＇s knowledge.
