白内障超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入术应用于闭角型青光眼102例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察白内障超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入术应用于闭角型青光眼治疗的临床效果。方法对102例闭角型青光眼患者行超声乳化白内障吸除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗,总结和分析术前以及术后三个月患者的眼压,眼前房深度,最佳矫正视力。结果经检查发现,患者术后的眼压,眼前房深度,最佳矫正视力术前较有显著改善(P<0.05)。患者房角粘连关闭象限不同程度开放,房角均较术前增宽。结论白内障超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入术应用于闭角型青光眼可有效提高视力和降低眼压,且安全性较高,是一种值得在临床上应用和推广的方法。Objective to observe the clinical effect of the phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of angleclosure glaucoma.Methods 102 cases of patients with angle-closure glaucoma were treated with the phacoemulsifi cation and the intraocular lens implantation.The intraocular pressure,anterior chamber angle width and the best corrected visual acuity（BCVA） of patients before operation and 3-month after operation were summarized and analyzed.Results After examination,The intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth（ACD）and the best corrected visual acuity（BCVA） of patients improved signifi cantly（P0.05）,and angle width was found opened in some degree.Conclusion The phacoemulsif ication with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma can effectively decrease the intraocular pressure and improve the vision,and also showed high security at the same time,so it is a method deserving application and popularity in clinical work
