核和平利用的伦理审视

摘　　要：在核和平开发利用广泛而深入开展的今天,对其道德问题的研究仍然是国内外伦理学研究中的薄弱环节。如果对衍生其间的道德问题不加以研究解决,对其行为不加以道德约束和引导,则既不利于核和平利用的安全发展,也不利于核伦理学的深入研究。本文对核和平利用中的道德问题集中进行了阐释和揭示,初步确立了核和平利用的道德原则,并就其道德制约的内在化及外在机制层面的因素进行了较为深入的探讨。The civilian nuclear exploitation have been wider carry out in contemporary society. however,moral problems resulting from the civilian nuclear exploitation have rarely been considered. This paper explains and reveals the moral problems concerning the civilian nuclear exploitation,establishes the moral principles,and deeply discusses the internalization and external conditions of the moral control over the civilian nuclear exploitation.
