摘　　要：本文基于信息分析处理的基本原理,分析了构建企业科技人才流失预警信息系统的必要性,提出了企业科技人才流失预警信息系统的构建原则,在此基础上对企业科技人才流失预警信息系统的构成及运行进行了深入探讨,并提出了企业科技人才流失预警信息系统实施的对策建议。论文结论对企业加强信息处理能力进而解决其科技人才流失问题具有一定的参考价值。this article analyses the necessity of the construction of an information system of technological brain drain warning in Enterprises, and then raise the constructional principles of the system of technological brain drain warning in enterprises. On the basis of the principles, the article discusses deeply on the constitution and operation of the system. Therefore, the article gives some suggestions to use the system in enterprises. The conclusions of the article could have some values for human resource managers on solving the problems of technological brain drain.
