摘 要:探讨金属纤维牵切丝与棉混纺纱的纺纱方法。针对金属牵切丝及混纺纱的特点,在纺纱工艺、试验检验及有关生产管理方面采取了必要措施。并粗细工序放大罗拉牵伸隔距并适当提高胶辊硬度,采用棉精梳条预并,细纱缩短钢丝圈调换周期,适当加大细纱捻系数,改用萨氏条干仪、黑板条干检验及光电式清纱器检测条干。细纱接头时采取保护措施,严格回花管理。采取以上措施成功地纺制出精梳棉/金属纤维84/16 18.3 tex混纺纱,满足了用户的质量要求。Spinning method of metallic fiber and cotton blended yarn was discussed. According to metallic fiber and blended yarn property,necessary measures in spinning processing,test and relative production management were adopted. Roll draft gauge was added in drawing, roving and spinning process, rubber-covered roll hardness was increased properly, combed cotton sliver was drawn, ring traveler change period was reduced in spinning process, spinning twist factor was added properly,Saco-Lowell graphic sliver tester, show board regularity tester and photoelectric yarn cleaner were used. Protective measures were adopted in spinning piecing, reusable cotton waste was managed strictly. After adopting the above measures,combed cotton metallic fiber 84/16 18.3 tex blended yarn could be spun successfully and product quality could reach demands.
