摘　　要：为了提高纯棉品种的浆纱质量、降低用浆成本,进行了以CD-DF858和CD-DF525完全取代PVA的上浆实践。试用了三种浆料配方,对三种配方的浆纱效果、织造效果进行了对比,结果表明:应用CD-DF858和CD-DF525对纯棉品种进行上浆,干分绞轻快,浆纱手感滑爽,毛羽减少,无浆斑产生,经纱断头少,比原配方织机效率提高3个百分点以上,上浆成本降低21%。To improve pure cotton product sizing quality and reduce sizing cost, CD-DF858 and CD-DF525 were selected to take place of PVA fully. Three size mixture instruction were tested,sizing effects and loom effects of three size mixture instruction were contrasted. The result shows when CD-DF858 and CD-DF525 are used to size pure cotton product,dry lease is easier and faster, sized yarn is smooth and yarn hairiness is less,there is no size stain,warp breakage is less,loom efficiency is increased 3 percentage points and sizing cost is reduced 21% comparing to raw size instruction.
