川穹对高血压缺血性脑卒中患者血浆中血管活性物质含量变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药川穹对高血压缺血性脑卒中患者血浆中ET、CGRF、MDA、vWF临床治疗前后含量变化的影响。方法:随机将52例高血压缺血性脑卒中患者分为2组,即基础治疗组(基础组)和基础治疗加川穹治疗组(川穹组);32例健康者(对照组)。治疗前用放免法测定血浆中的ET、CGRF、MDA、vWF含量。结果:基础组与川穹组治疗前血浆ET、MDA、vWF含量较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)CGRF含量较对照组明显下降(P<0.05);治疗后两治疗组血中ET、MDA、vWF含量显著下降、CGRF明显升高(P<0.05)观察以上两治疗组ET、vWF含量均有差异(P<0.01),MDA、CGRF含量无显著差异。结论:中药川穹治疗高血压缺血性脑卒中能有效改善ET、CGRF、MDA及vWF水平,对发掘我国中医保健及临床治疗有积极作用。Objective：To explore effects of traditional Chinese medicine Chuan Qiong on hypertensive ischemic stroke patients before and after treatment with plasma content changes of endothelin（ET）,calcitonin gene-related peptide（CGRF）,malondialdehyde（MDA）,Von Willebrand factor（vWF）.Methods：52 cases of hypertensive ischemic stroke were divided into two groups randomly,including basic treatment group（basic group）,basic treatment plus Chuan Qiong treatment group（Chuan Qiong group） and 32 cases of Healthy person（control group）.Radioimmunoassay was used to measure ET,CGRF,MDA,VWF content in plasma before and after treatment.Results：The plasma ET,MDA,vWF levels of Chuan Qiong group and basic group were significantly higher than the control group（P 〈0.05） before treatment and CGRF content was decreased significantly than the control group（P〈 0.05）;The two treatment groups ET,MDA,VWF levels in plasma decreased significantly after treatment and CGRF level increased significantly（P〈 0.05）;ET,VWF levels between the two treatment groups,were different（P 〈0.01）,but MDA,CGRF showed no significant difference.Conclusion：Chinese medicine Chuan Qiong can effectively improve the ET,CGRF,MDA and VWF levels of the patients with hypertensive ischemic stroke.It has positive effect on exploring the health care role and clinical treatment of chinese traditional medicine.
