玉米大斑病生理小种组成变异研究

摘　　要：】１９９３～１９９５年，对四川和贵州两省的玉米大斑病生理小种组成变异进行了分离鉴定。结果表明，四川、贵州两省玉米大斑病生理小种组成以１号小种为主，占鉴定总数的７４．１％，２号小种占１１．８％，３号小种占４．３％，还有４号小种存在，占３．５％，未定的新生理型占６．２％。Bascd on the Previous report, we studied and identified constitutional variation of physiologic race of corn leaf blight (Helmin thosporium turcium Puss) in both Sichuan and Guizhou provinces. Using Ht 1, Ht 2, Ht 3 and Ht N as marker hosts, 436 standard samples collected from 26 counties (or cities) of both provinces were separated and purified into 395 strains, of which 347 were identified and re identified. The results showed the physiologic races of corn leaf blight in both Sichuan and Guizhon provinces were majorly formed by race No.1, accounling for 74.1% of the total. Race No.2 and No.3 take up 11.8% and 4.3%, pespectively. Race No.4 was also found 3.5%. The rest 6.2% was for unknown new physiologic types.
