几丁酶细菌的分离和抗病虫研究

摘　　要：】从土壤中分离出１株杆状细菌，具有显著的产几丁酶活性。对稻瘟病、赤霉病和大斑病病源菌丝生长的抑制效果达４９．３％～８４．３％，并能增强杀虫剂的杀虫效果，减少药量１～４倍。A bacterium which was isolated from soil could produce chitinase and in turn inhibit the growth of diseases fungi such as Piricularia oryzae, Exserohilum turcicum and Gibberella zeae by 49.3%～84.3%. It could also enforce the insecticide and reduce its dose by 1～4 times.
