摘 要:用初花期段作外植体,接种于B5附加物培养基中,分化出的芽苗再接种在添加不同浓度的BA和PP333的B5基本培养基上,试验其对试管苗增殖和生根的调控作用。结果表明,BA促进试管苗增殖的适宜浓度为8~10mg/l;在生根培养基中加入适量PP333(0.1~2.0mg/l),能有效地抑制试管苗的徒长,促进根的发育和生长,健壮幼苗,提高试管苗的抗性和移栽成活率。PP333的后效作用还延续到成熟期,对株高有明显的矮化作用,对全株有效角果数和单株产量均表现促进作用。The plantlets which regenerated from shoots at the initial flowering inoculated on B 5 medium are cultured on B 5 medium with different concertrations of BA and PP333 to study its effect on tube plantlets reproducing and rooting growth. The results indicale that the suitable concertration of BA for improving plantlets proliferation is 8~ 10 mg/l . When 0.1~2.0 mg/l of PP333 are added in B 5 medium, it can control the excessive growth of plantlet effectively , and improve the root development, and increase the resistibility and transplantation rate, and reduce the plantlet's height in the mature period and increase the number of effective pods per plant and yield per plant.
