摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童颅骨血管瘤的临床特点和手术治疗。方法:报告自2002年1月至2008年12月我院收治的3例儿童颅骨血管瘤病例,结合相关文献分析该疾病的临床表现,影像学特征,病理特点及治疗方法。结果:儿童颅骨血管瘤临床上极为罕见。影像学检查显示颅骨呈蜂窝状溶骨性改变并向颅内外生长。病理切片显示骨结构异常,并伴有大小不等异常血管增生及血栓形成。结论:颅骨血管瘤是一种侵蚀颅骨内外板的破坏性疾病。手术应早期进行,完整切除后,患者预后良好。Objective： To investigate clinical characteristics and surgery of child＇s skull hemagioma.Methods： We retrospectively reviewed 3 cases in our hospital from January 2002 to December 2008 and analyzed clinical manifestation,imaging features,pathology and treatment.Results： Skull hemagioma was extremely rare in children.Skull appeared honeycomb-like and osteolytic lesion,and the tumor grew intracranially and extracranially.Pathological sections showed bone structural abnormalities,abnormal blood vessel hyperplasia of inequable size and thrombosis.Conclusion： Skull hemagioma is a destructive disease which can invade intracranially and extracranially.Surgery should be carried out in earlier period and patient can obtain good effect after total resection.
