摘　　要：回顾物理学与计量学的发展历史，指出建立在经典物理学基础上的计量单位制存在的问题。分析２１世纪物理学的研究重点及其与计量学密不可分的关系，并讨论了高新技术的发展对量子计量学的需求，以及计量学对于社会安全与安定所起的重要作用。The history of the development of physics and metrology is reviewed,and the problems of the unit system based on classical physics are pointed out.The researching emphases of physics in the 21st century and their compact relationship with metrology are analyzed,and the requirements of high techologies to quantum metrology are discussed.Metrology plays an important role in the safety and stability of the society.
