重水对高岭土诱导小鼠脑积水发展的影响

摘  要:目的:研究重水(D2O)对高岭土诱导小鼠脑积水发展的影响。方法:将枕大池中注射高岭土的小鼠分为两组:H组,术后一直喂养自来水;D组:在注射高岭土后喂养30%的重水。将枕大池中注射蒸馏水的小鼠组作为阴性对照(Sham)组。结果:注射高岭土后28d内重水对脑积水的发展和软脑膜纤维化和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的表达有抑制作用,D组的脑室扩张程度以及颅内软脑膜纤维化程度均比H组要小(P<0.05)。结论:应用D2O可以抑制高岭土诱导的小鼠脑积水的发展、颅内软脑膜纤维化以及TGF-β1的表达。Objective:To investigate the influences of D2O on the development of kaolin-induced hydrocephalus in mice.Methods:Mice in which 5μl volume of 2% kaolin solution was injected into the cisterna magna with under microscope were randomly divided into two groups.Group H2O,which had free access to H2O as tap water;Group D2O,which had free access to 30% D2O as tap water after kaolin injection.A distilled water-injected group,which had free access to H2O as tap water was designated the sham-operated group.Results:Hydrocephalus was induced in 22 mice and whose ventricular system expanded as time goes on.The cerebral ventricles were less expanded,and intrameningeal fibrosis was milder in Group D2O than in Group H2O.Expression of TGF-β1 in the choroid plexus and meninges was inhibited in Group D2O but not in Group H2O.Conclusion:Administration of D2O prevented the development of kaolin-induced hydrocephalus in mice and inhibited intrameningeal fibrosis and expression of TGF-β1.
