“贺氏三通法”针刺治疗对脑缺血再灌注大鼠血清IL-1及TNF-α含量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨"贺氏三通法"针刺治疗对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后机体的免疫反应调节机制。方法采用线栓法制备大鼠右侧大脑中动脉脑缺血再灌注模型,在脑缺血再灌不同时间进行针刺治疗,采用放射免疫法检测血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量。结果不同时间介入"贺氏三通法"针刺治疗血清IL-1、TNF-α含量均有不同程度降低;脑缺血再灌注后48h介入"贺氏三通法"治疗,IL-1、TNF-α含量最低。结论"贺氏三通法"针刺可以降低脑缺血再灌注大鼠血清IL-1、TNF-α含量,且以缺血再灌注后48h介入效果更为理想。Objective： To explore the He＇s Santong Method on the regulation mechanism of the immune response in rats with ischemia repeIfusion. Methods： Rat models, established by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery, were used to detect the IL-1 and the TNF-α in serum by the radioimmunoassay method at different time points. Results： The IL - 1 and the TNF-α in the isehemia reperfusion rat models were increased significantly. At different time points, the IL - 1 and the TNF-α in serum were decreased with different degrees. Especially, at 48h after isehemia reperfusion, the IL - 1 and the TNF-α were lowest by the He＇ s Santong Method. Conclusion： He＇ s Santong Method could reduce the IL - 1 and the TNF-α in rats with ischemia reperfusion. At 48h after ischemia reperfusion, its intervention is the most ideal effect.
