摘 要:目的评价中国汉族人群脂联素基因T45G多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性。方法通过PubMed、CBM、CNKI、维普和万方数据库进行文献检索,收集中国汉族人群脂联素基因T45G多态性与2型糖尿病关系的文献,在对文献进行全面回顾的基础上运用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析,计算合并OR值,并利用线性回归法和失效安全系数法识别发表偏倚。结果共有16篇符合条件的文献被纳入,其中9篇显示二者有相关性。对16篇文献进行Meta分析的结果表明,以野生基因型TT个体为参照,携带G等位基因的个体发生2型糖尿病危险性的OR值为1.70(95%CI为1.40~2.07,P<0.01)。结论中国汉族人群脂联素基因T45G中G等位基因携带者较易发生2型糖尿病。Objective To study the relationship between adiponectin (APN) gene polymorphism and type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han population by meta analysis. Methods Meta analysis of the relationship between APN gene T45G polymorphisms and type 2 diabetes was made by literature retrieval from PubMed, CBM, CNKI, WEIPU and WANFANG. We merged data and tested the heterogeneity of study results using RevMan4.2 software. The publication bias was identified by linear regression and the invalid safety coefficient. Results 16 articles were eligible according to the criteria, and 9 of which had positive results. Random effect OR of 1.70 (95% CI: 1.40, 2.07) for TG and GG genotype combination versus TT wild genotype was found. Conclusions Results of meta analysis suggest that G allele carriers of APN gene have an increased risk for suffering from type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han population.
