摘 要:以中厚板轧后超快速冷却系统为研究背景,针对超快冷各段冷却强度,建立了综合换热系数模型。建模过程中,首先以实测数据为基础,结合模型及设备参数,通过反传热法计算不同辊速、冷却水量条件下的钢板表面综合换热系数;然后利用分段建模、非线性拟合等方法得出单因素影响下综合换热系数计算式;再引入交互影响函数,分析各种因素相互影响条件下综合换热系数的演变规律。将模型计算结果与实测值比较,吻合度较好。将模型应用于某厂轧后超快冷温降计算中,计算精度在5%以内,能够满足实际生产需要。Based on medium plate post rolling UFC-ACC system,combined heat transfer coefficient model was constructed.During this process,firstly,according to analyze measured data and then combined with model-equipment coefficients,different roll speed and water volume,heat transfer coefficients were calculated by using anti heat transfer method.Secondly,monofactorial combined heat transfer coefficient calculation formula was gotten by utilizing partitioned modeling and nonlinear fitting.And then,combined heat transfer coefficient development law under different kinds of influence factor and it's calculation formula was found out by introducing interactive influence function.The precision of these models was displayed by comparing model prediction value with actual value.After using this model in certain plant for calculating UFC-ACC temperature drop after rolling,the results could meet practical needs and the deviation was less than 5%.
